Mat Pilates Classes
Mat Pilates is a series of exercises to improve strength, balance, flexibility, stability, posture and help to relieve chronic pain. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen, and back. Small props (fitness circles, light-weighted balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, etc.) are also used. Mat Pilates has also been used in the rehabilitation setting. This class is for all ages, body types, and fitness levels.
At this time, new clients must complete a 30 minute Pilates one-on-one Personal Training session to take our In-studio Mat Pilates classes. Please reach out to the studio for more information.
Class Size: 5-20 participants
All participants must wear clean grippy socks.
We also offer Pre-Recorded Mat Pilates classes Monday - Saturday, with access to the link until midnight (Saturday class is accessible until Sunday at midnight).
