Mat Pilates Classes

Mat Pilates is a series of exercises to improve strength, balance, flexibility, stability, posture and help to relieve chronic pain. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen, and back. Small props (fitness circles, light-weighted balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, etc.) are also used. Mat Pilates is also been used in the rehabilitation setting. This class is for all ages, body types, and fitness levels.

At this time, new clients must do a 30 minute one-on-one Personal Training session to take our In-studio Mat Pilates classes. Please reach out to the studio for more information.

Class Size: 5-20 participants

All participants must wear clean socks

We are also offering Pre-Recorded Mat Pilates classes Monday - Thursday, and Saturday with access to the link until midnight.
