Personal Training
Our personal training programs are designed to benefit clients of all fitness levels, as well as those interested in sports specific or post-rehab training. Your trainer will work with you to find your best program and to make changes as your fitness level increases. Personal training sessions are offered as privates, duets or small groups.
Due to high demand, our personal training schedule is highly limited. If we cannot find a match that fits into your schedule immediately, you will be placed on a waitlist and contacted as soon as we have availabilities. In the meantime you will be given the option to complete an initial 30 minute Pilates personal training session in order to be approved for our regular classes. Thank you for your patience.
Clean non-outdoor gym shoes or grippy socks must be worn.
