Stretch Series
This is a 4 or 8 Week Stretch class designed to stretch and strengthen all the muscles in your back, shoulders, arms, legs, glutes, low back and abdominals. Stretches can be done lying on the floor, sitting, standing or with small equipment. You will be encouraged to pause with each stretch and breathe through it to make it yours. Just a few minutes of stretching each day can help you stay limber for a lifetime. Wendy Fox, a physical therapist at Women and Infants Hospital in Rhode Island says, “Stretching after exercise increases range of motion.”

Tabata Express
In this 30 minute HIIT workout, "participants experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp's training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost (ie. boosts your metabolism to burn calories after the workout). Tabata Bootcamp's motto is "Quality, not quantity". The program offers effective workouts that maximize your results in minimal time.

Barre Express
Barre Above fuses the very best of Pilates, aerobics, and strength training. You don’t need to worry about dance experience. Barre Above is barre for all bodies! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving and amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body.
This class is for all ages, body types and fitness levels.

Outdoor Bootcamp
Outdoor Bootcamp is a full-body outdoor circuit. There will be timed stations to keep you moving, each one more challenging than the last! This will be a blend of cardio, strength, balance, and more. Come ready to work hard and challenge yourself.

Bosu
BOSU® is a fun, engaging class designed to challenge your mind-body connection. You will use a BOSU® to enhance your balance, stability, strength, flexibility, core and more.
Class Size: 10 participants
Clean, non-outdoor shoes or grippy socks are required for this class.
Circuit Training
This is a high intensity, high energy workout that will burn calories and tone muscles. We will be utilizing the BOSU, medicine balls and weights. This class is formatted in a circuit using light weights with high reps.

Slow Flow Yoga
This slow paced class introduces foundational Yoga postures. You will move with your breath, mindfully building strength, balance, and flexibility, while maintaining focus and good alignment. Modifications will be offered to encourage participation from everyone. No Yoga experience is needed.

Meditation
Give the gift of 90 minutes to yourself. Take a guided journey, focusing on mind, body, and spirit connection to facilitate well being, through a journaling movement meditation.
