Reformer Classes

Reformer is a piece of resistance equipment designed specifically for Pilates. Resistance is provided by your body weight and/or springs to strengthen and lengthen your muscles while increasing flexibility, balance, range of motion and core stability.  The Pilates Cadillac, Chair and/or some small props can also be used during this class. Reformers can be used for rehabilitation and athletic conditioning. Each class is customized for all ages, body types and fitness levels.

At this time, new clients must complete a 30 minute Pilates one-on-one personal training session to take our Reformer classes. Please reach out to the studio for more information.


Class Size: 2-5 participants

All participants must wear clean grippy socks.
