PERSONAL TRAINING are programs designed to benefit beginning to advanced clients as well as those interested in sports specific or post rehab training. Your trainer will work with you to find your best program and to make changes as your fitness level increases. Personal training sessions are offered as privates, duets or small groups.

Debbie is a 200 RYT Hatha Yoga instructor. She has been teaching different styles of yoga including yin, restorative, slow flow and vinyasa since 2014. In 2016, Debbie decided to expand her Mind Body knowledge and get trained in STOTT Pilates Mat work at Equilibrium Pilates Studio. She is also a certified Reiki and Thai Massage Therapist. Debbie has a
