Biography:
Debbie is a 200 RYT Hatha Yoga instructor. She has been teaching different styles of yoga including yin, restorative, slow flow and vinyasa since 2014. In 2016, Debbie decided to expand her Mind Body knowledge and get trained in STOTT Pilates Mat work at Equilibrium Pilates Studio. She is also a certified Reiki and Thai Massage Therapist. Debbie has a passion for life and she brings peace and joy to every single style of class that she teaches. Debbie is excited to join our BE FIT Family.
