TABATA BOOTCAMP™ is a fun High Intensity Interval Training that utilitzes the 20-10 timed microburst training and other HIIT training Protocols. Studio bootcamp classes are taught two times a week. You will also receive online support as a team with daily 6 min videos, food logging, etc. All Fitness levels welcomed.
Clean non-outdoor gym shoes must be worn. Max 15 participants per class.
