This is a 8 Week Stretch class designed to stretch and strengthen all the muscles in your back, shoulders, arms, legs, glutes, low back and abdominals. Stretches can be done lying on the floor, sitting, standing or with small equipment. You will be encouraged to pause with each stretch and breathe through it to make it yours. Just a few minutes of stretching each day can help you stay limber for a lifetime. Wendy Fox a physical therapist at Women and Infants Hospital in Rhode Island says, “Stretching after exercise increases range of motion.”
