Power Mat Pilates is a series of exercise to improve strength, balance, flexibility, stability, posture and helps to relieve chronic pain. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and back. Small props (fitness circles, light weighted balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, etc.) are also utilized in this class. Mat Pilates has also been used in the Rehabilitation setting.
This class is a fast paced for all ages, body types and intermediate / advance fitness levels.
