MAT PILATES is a series of exercise to improve strength, balance, flexibility, stability, posture and help to relieve chronic pain. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and back. Small props (fitness circles, light weighted balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, etc.) are also used. Mat Pilates is also been used in the rehabilitation setting. This class is for all ages, body types and fitness levels.
Socks must be worn. 5-20 participants per class
