INTERVAL CARDIO REFORMER is a fun challenging workout done in 5 minute intervals. Intervals consist of; 5 minutes of cardio jumping on the trampoline and 5 minutes of strength & stability training with the Reformer, Chair or other small Pilates equipment.  Open to all fitness levels.

Socks must be worn.  2 -5 participants per class
