CIRCUIT TRAINING

CIRCUIT TRAINING is a high intensity, high energy workout that will burn calories and tone muscles, using a circuit format that will change from week to week. You will be utilizing the BOSU, medicine balls and weights for a full body workout.  Active fitness levels welcomed.

Clean non-outdoor gym shoes must be worn.  3-10 participants per class
