Cardio Mix Reformer will fuse Cardio on the Reformer with TRX, TRX Rip, Bosu, Chair, Tower, Stability Balls, Halo Training and more. The class with be taught in an interval format as a timed workout. The timing is determined by the instructor.
In this class you will be lengthening and strengthening your muscles while increasing flexibility, balance, range of motion and core stability.
All fitness levels welcomed.
Socks must be worn. 3-10 participants per class.
