Get individualized attention with this comprehensive, full body workout as you build muscle, burn calories and improve cardiovascular endurance. Utilizing a variety of small equipment such as dumbbells, BOSU, medicine and stability balls. You will work through a series of timed strength and endurance exercise laced with periods of cardio. This class will emphasize proper form and injury prevention. Each class concludes with mat work and essential stretching.
